BASKETBALL PROGRAM AD ORDER FORM
The high school basketball teams are selling ads for a program which will be available for purchase at the home games for $2.00 each. The ads in the program will be printed in black and white but the cover will be printed in color. You may purchase an ad for the basketball team(s) or an individual high school basketball player. All proceeds will be used for the high school basketball team expenses.
