The Department of State Health Services Will Offer Free H1N1 Vaccinations
February 10, 2010
10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Avinger ISD McDaniel Building
Parents/Guardians must be present with child/children in order to receive vaccination.
Immunization are available for family members as well as school children.
